At Happy Dragon, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, if your item is stolen, we are here to help. To receive a replacement, you must provide proof of the theft, such as a police report or other official documentation. Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost to ensure you still receive your handcrafted treasure.
