    At Happy Dragon, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. However, if your item is stolen, we are here to help. To receive a replacement, you must provide proof of the theft, such as a police report or other official documentation. Once verified, we will gladly send you a replacement at no additional cost to ensure you still receive your handcrafted treasure. If you have any concerns or questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re committed to making your experience with Happy Dragon as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
