Our Shipping Services
Happy Dragon currently ships within the United States only.
Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is received. Custom and made-to-order products may require 7–10 business days before shipping.
Because many Happy Dragon products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary depending on material availability and the size of the order. If an unexpected delay affects your order, you will be contacted using the email address provided at checkout.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout. Happy Dragon is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, severe weather, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our control.
Please carefully review your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact happydragonstore-business@outlook.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been prepared or shipped.
Return & Exchange Information
Due to the handmade nature of our products and the size of our business, Happy Dragon does not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size or color selections, handmade variations, or general wear.
Please review all product descriptions, measurements, photographs, and available options carefully before completing your purchase.

After reviewing the issue, Happy Dragon may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable unless the order was damaged, defective, or incorrect because of an error by Happy Dragon.
Because handmade products may have slight differences in color, size, texture, or placement, these natural variations are not considered defects.
